Mandatory Meeting Information
Each and every year, there is a meeting of all applicants that have been selected to participate in the Parade. This meeting is Mandatory. It takes place to remind all applicants of the Rules that govern their participation. It provides you with an opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions that you may have and it allows us to bring specific concerns that we may have. This is also the time for you to provide any information or documents not yet submitted. If you fail to attend this meeting then your application may be rejected.
